I guess I never realized

but you really can tell what kind of person one is by looking at their musical choices or iTunes most played. xD

Like, all of my Top 25 Played on iTunes are :The Hush Sound, Fall Out Boy, CASCADA, Metro Station, and Paramore.

Seriously.

Most of the complete albums on my iTunes are Fall Out Boy.

Most of my (according to iTunes) genres are Alternative, Alternative & Punk, Dance, Electronica/ Dance, Pop, and Rock.

I consider most of them Pop Punk, Pop, and Rock.

For example, you can tell a lot about a person.

I like singing because I like musicals.

I like heavy bass lines because it gives the music a beat I can catch onto.

I like some bands because the guys in said bands are *really cute*(like The Academy Is..., The Cab, Cobra Starship, and Panic at the Disco). But I like the band because of their rad music too! xDD
I must sound so shallow.

I like creative lyrics because it shows a sign of being a good writer.

I think long guitar solos are unnecessary, but cool.

I think bands that can do really good remakes of songs are talented.

I like it when bands change their sound. It doesn't make them seem like robots, and nobody likes robots because one day, they will rule. And that is scary.

I don't like normality or sameness. I mean, most of the bands I listen to have changed. List away!
1. Panic (!) at the Disco (seriously?! From pop-punk to beatles-esque?)
2. The Hush Sound (from another indie band to a '20s themed 2000's pop)
3. Fall Out Boy (really hard to explain, but if you're a fan, you know what I mean.)
4. Cobra Starship (like to make The Best Album yet, and have yet to say which album they like more.;])
5. Franz Ferdinand (you don't get if you aren't a fan.)

Those are just a few. Why do you think I generally don't listen to mainstream music? BECAUSE IT'S ALL THE SAME. (and it's demeaning towards women, but that is an argument for another day.)

*sighs* Mainstream just needs some shaking up and we'll be fine. Robots won't take over the world.
